Engraved branding heads for branding iron
By the preparation of the layout there is no limit to your creativity. You can brand logos, symbols, a lettering, your company name and details or similar layouts in almost any form. The only restriction: Your layout must be illustrable black/white.Please take the following factors into consideration by the creation of your layout:
- big, black surfaces are heated up stronger and will therefore be marked deeper
- If the letters should be shown inversely (letter remains in nature colour), the letters must have a certain line strength or surface. The danger insists that the letters are coburned by the heat of the branding iron, the quality of the layout can be affected
- Colour shadings or grey steps cannot be shown. The only way out is a raster
- Certain logos are standardized (IPPC, EPAL, EUR, ÖBB, German Railways, …)
Beside individual logos we produce also standard logos as for example the logo for the euro-pallet (EUR, EPAL), the logo of national railway companies, the IPPC-logo and many more. You find an overview about some produced layouts on the following side.
For the production of the branding iron, a camera-ready file is required. Best results are reached with an Adobe illustrator file (.ai or .eps) in vectorized form. Please, note that this file must be exported from the source file, a change of a .jpg file in .ai or .eps file proves no camera-ready presentation.
With pleasure we also perform all repro work for you and charge for it merely the actual time involved. With pure lettering, the repro's costs are cancelled with announcement or supply of the .ttf font used.
