Top stapler or also called carton stapler are fastening machines for secure closing of packaging lids. In contrast to stapling pliers, a top carton clinching stapler does not need an anvil, jaw-like appandages push through the cardboard alongside the legs and bend them from the outside. All carton staplers have an adjustable clinch controll so that you have full controll of the depth penetration.

 

Our carton staplers are available as manual fasteners or pneumatically operated. The air operated carton stapler work virtually effortless and eliuminate operator fatigue. Our pneumatic stapler allow rapid and efficient work.

Two kinds of staples and two variation of top carton stapler are very successful and wide-spread in the market. These two models are:

-         Staple 561 – carton staple C: crown width: 32 mm

-         Staple 560 – carton staple A: crown width: 35 mm

Both staples are available in 15, 18 or 21 mm (5/8”, ¾”, 7/8) off-the-shelf to wholesale prices.

 

Basically, top stapler are primarily used for closing cartons and cardboard boxes. The following materials are usually fastened

-         corrugated boxes, corrugated cartons

-         carton boxes and carton lids

-         cardboard boxes
