General shipping information
All our parcels will be shipped according to our general terms and conditions.
Parcels up to a weight of 31.5 kgs are shipped with our parcel service partner DPD or GLS within the EU, trying to keep the freight as low as possible. Our parcels sent by DPD or GLS are insured up to an amount of EUR 500,00 addittional and at extra cost, a higher insurance can be effected.
Larger shipments or shipments to other countries than EU countries are shipped with our standard forwarding agent. Beside this service, you can name any forwarding agent of your choice for collecting the shipment.
All our shipments are sent directly from our headquater in Vienna.
