For entrance areas with a size between 120 and 160-180 cm, we recommend an inexpensive combination of active antenna and passive antenna.

 

As are already mentioned before, an active antenna (which acts as a transmitter) and a passive antenna (which acts as an amplifier) are combined for a powerful surveillance solution. The passive antenna which itself has no surveillance electronics is used to strengthen merely the detection of the signal sent by the mono antenna. Both antennas are connected by an antenna cable, no extra power supply is needed.

 

With this inexpensive variation various entrance areas can be protected reliably. All antenna models of the series "Metal" or "Crystal" are available for this EAS system.

 

 

The surveillance areas stated above refer exclusively to the distance between the antennas where a reliable detection is reached.
