Marking with our roller coder Codapack is a most simple and efficient contact coding unit. Our roller coder comes complete with a pre-impregnated plastic-ink roller and a drum type for baselock types TELOS.
Our roller coder Codapack is manufactured from robust aluminium castings and roller bearings giving long trouble free life. This printer can be mouinted easily on a conveyor belt with one single mounting bracket. The printing position depends on the mounting and can be on top or on any side of a carton or cardboard box.
The drum-type rotation is controlled to give an identical print position on each carton. In a variation, our printer can be supplied for continuous printing.

Our contact coders “Codapack” are used in many areas of the industry, especially in the packaging departments. Almost any material, porous or non-porous can be marked with our contact coders. The most important applications are:

The drum-type for Codapack 10K – 50K can be delivered in special manufacturing also with maximum printing length of 530 or 610 mm.
Roller coder Codapack – How to use
Very often, our roller coders are mounted inside a case sealer. The drive types on the drum-type are driven by the product passing. A 360° cam registers the print on each product. The mounting arm allows the print position to be adjusted and the print pressure to be varied. Especially for light weight cartons, this adjustment is necessary. The Codapack printer can be mounted for left or right hand printing and can be supplied either with Metal locking rings or interchangeable sleeves.
Roller coder Codapack – Baselock type
Baselock types TELOS are available in various character sizes and font styles. These types are inserted simply by press fitting the type into the drum-type. Please find more information about our TELOS types on our website.
Codapack MK IV
Our Codapack MK IV is a small reliable roller coder, especially for smaller packagings with a free rotating drum-type. The standard drum-type is fitted with metal locking rings either for continuous marking or random printing on products.
