In-line coder Rollerpack

 

Our contact coder “Rollerpack” is an automatic rotary marker suitable for boxes or cylindrical objects with porous or non porous surface. It consists of a robust aluminium casting, a drum-text for baselock types, an inking roller and some mechanical parts to adjust and position the drum. The rotary marker “Rollerpack” can be fitted on the left or right side of the conveyor belt.

Very often, our roller coders are mounted inside a case sealer. The drive types on the drum-type are driven by the product passing. A 360° cam registers the print on each product. The mounting arm allows the print position to be adjusted and the print pressure to be varied. Especially for light weight cartons, this adjustment is necessary. The Codapack printer can be mounted for left or right hand printing.
