The Fasco F1B 110-25A carton plier stapler is specifically designed for closed clinching applications in the bedding industry, including mattresses and innersprings, as well as for sealing various packaging materials such as cartons, retail packaging, blisters, and corrugated cardboard. It features a long magazine and an adjustable jaw opening for ease of use. The FASCO® design is compact and lightweight, focusing on user-friendly handling and high productivity. The tool is equipped with a long underloader magazine to minimize reloading time. The rubberized comfort grip ensures slip-free operation and reduces vibrations, thus minimizing operator fatigue. The jaw opening can be adjusted from a minimum of 19 mm to a maximum of 25 mm by simply turning a screw on the top of the device.
This stapler is designed to use type 110 staples, with lengths ranging from 12 to 25 mm.
