The Fasco F1B 80-25A carton plier stapler is specifically engineered for closed clinching applications in the bedding industry, including mattresses and spring cores, as well as for sealing cardboard, retail packaging, blister packs, and corrugated cardboard. It features a long magazine and an adjustable jaw opening. The FASCO® design is compact and lightweight, prioritizing easy handling and high productivity. The tool is equipped with a long underloader magazine to minimize reloading time. The rubberized comfort grip ensures slip-resistant handling and reduces vibrations, thus minimizing operator fatigue. The jaw opening can be adjusted from a minimum of 19 mm to a maximum of 25 mm by simply turning a screw on the top of the device.
This stapler is designed to use popular type 80 staples, with lengths ranging from 12 to 25 mm.
