Heavy-duty punching machine

Basically two different technologies have to be distinguished – punching and drilling. Heavy duty punches have a fixed hole punch, the basic principle corresponds to the standard office punches. However, by intelligent power transmission and heavy duty construction, up to a maximum of 400 sheets can be punched in one single operation.

 

Our heavy duty punches are available in various variations for one hole, two hole and four hole punching.

 

Our range comprises the following heavy duty punches:

– Heavy duty punch DUO 20 with rivet binding (2-hole punching)

– Heavy duty punch DUO 35 with rivet binding (2 or 4-hole punching)

– Heavy duty punch SFP-II (4-hole punch)

– Heavy duty punching machine Filepecker I (B)

– Heavy duty punching machine Filepecker I (X)

 

 

With heavy duty punches punch stacks of paper up to a maximum of 400 sheets with one single operation. This saves a lot of time, especially, when the document must not be separated. The excellent power transmission allows to punch the stacks of paper with a minimum of power.

 

Another advantage is the possibility to bind the documents with rivets with positive effects in the folder preventing single sheetes to be pulled out.
